Book Review
This is an entertaining novella, or really a short story which is free to download from Amazon. It is one of a series of eleven or more adventures but stands alone as a complete story. It is fast paced and the characters are interesting and amusing and the language is appropriate for the time in which it takes place. This would best suit a young female readers who I think would love to relate to Cat’s adventurous spirit and quick mind.
Unfortunately the story is full of dashes (e.g-) in almost every sentence, I presume used for emphasis in lieu of proper punctuation. This was very annoying for me to read as I happen to think that grammar is really important to make a story comfortably readable. However for those who don’t mind this style it is a good story for younger readers.
